I noticed the stats af half time, one was Leeds won 5 tackles we won 1...
Yes fucking one tackle in 45 minutes of football, that tells its own story.
Was that where we had the ball for nearly 70% of the time in first half. Not sure it tells any story other than tackling (6 in total in 45 min) isn’t part of the modern game

Basically what i am saying we need a midfielder who is going to win a lot of duels ie Fernie, especially with the rest of the midfield so lightweight.

Vardy got bullied by Calvert Lewin, and Leeds dominated for long spells in the 2nd half. A win is a win but this was close to being November last year.
I know we've got a few players who are a bit anonymous at times but when did he sign?

Remember it well, at kick off the ground was at most 2/3rds full, it pissed it down and was freezing, the North Stand lower was only about half full as no one in their right mind would drag kids along mid week mid winter. We are lucky enough to be under the eves in CB1 so avoid most of the rain and stay until the end.
I was there getting pissed wet through in the North Stand. I am on row 16 and still get soaked. They know this and could have extended the roof this summer but chose not to.

Two individual mistakes made the game a lot closer than it ever should have been. Foden really is a special player and is a joy to watch. A bit lack lustre from Haaland compared to his usual standards. Press outrage for a tactic used all the time by other teams. First time we do, it's headlines!

Strange on really as even though we won 3-2 with a last minute winner, the game pissed me off.

At 2-0 up I thought we would go on and beat theme or 5-0. By 30 minutes or so we just started to think we had won the game and just tried to coast. I'll be honest it was boring to watch as well. It's astonishing - still - how that simplest ball of all over the top just rips us apart.

As soon as Calvert-Lewin came on the game completely changed. Our defence made him look even better and I wasn't surprised to see Nunes gift him a goal. He is simply nowhere near good enough to play for us. If he is genuinely the best right back in the club then we have a problem. He might have the odd decent game but he shouldn't be starting. Nunes, Reijnders, Gonzalez offered little. We need to go and bring in some tip class players now, not these cheap "ok" ones. Marmoush is a good player, but he's in the wrong team. I rarely think he will change the game but couldn't do anyway in 5 minutes at the end FFS.

Gvardiols challenge was completely stupid and I have no idea what he tried to do. However Foden saved our blushes with a superb finish.

I genuinely can't see what Pep is doing sometimes. After Newcastle and Leverkusen you'd think our players would be rested. We managed to put in a performance almost identical to this time last year. Haaland was back to his anonymous self again.

I don't know what our game plan is at the moment but if Pep thinks we're going after the treble and we need to ret players, he's mistaken. We need pace and energy to put in a title bid, not backwards shitpassing.

I hope we've got these performances done with now and that we can raise our game. If I'm honest, despite the league position we don't look like title challengers at the minute.

I'm probably just grumpy and over reacting but we seem to be all over the shop this season.

Dint need to tackle them they were doing the defending and hitting the ball long to one player so it was easy It also depends upon the definition of tackle on most occasions the pressing made them loose the ball The issue is we thought the game was won and Leeds made a few subs that put more pressure on our defence which resulted in errors that they capitalized upon they dint actually create a chance

But we keep losing midfield battles, we need Rodri back or an enforcer.
