Gvad and Nunes with howler errors.

Haaland a total non factor.

Foden did not stand out other than scoring two goals one being the winner... But I'll take it.

Dias forgettable. Doku really looked pretty average. Donna made some really junior level errors. Gonzo quietly decent but not outstanding. O'Reilly also quietly decent. Bernie did a ton of little things but nothing that really stood out.

I'm not sure what to say about Rudy. Just unimpressive and invisible at times. He has the body language that is sort him laughing off misses and mistakes as if to say "you saw my goals last season right!"

Feel like the lack of toughness and leadership is really tipping us over at the moment. Who really is the leader of this team ? Bernie has the band but he doesn't show the on the field field leadership you need when you've just conceded 2 and look like conceding another. He's not jumping on anyone and he's not got that kind of presence.

Glad for the win but we would have either drawn or lost this match vs most any other team in the league with the performance we put in for the majority of the 2nd half. Hoping this form is just a hiccup as we really seemed to be picking up momentum a few weeks ago. Felt pretty confident until the orchestra of crap plays leading to the Nunes gaffe goal. After that the wheels fell off and I felt like we deserved to lose as we lost composure and did not have anyone step up to right the ship.

Hate that this team all seems to hinge on Rodri back fully fit but without him and his grit we're not doing much more than hoping for 4th. Even if he starts next week (won't) it'll be a month minimum before he's got the confidence to step back up.

Let's be honest, though; like a lot of the team, he did **** all. Certainly nothing worthy of a vote.

;-)
Maybe you missed it, but just after he came on, he actually did exactly what most of us wanted, took a ball, controlled it, and passed to a City player (who promptly passed it back to a leeds player).

It might have been his only contribution, but it was decent, and if Pep had been awake when Phil scored, he'd have been on 4 minutes earlier, so might have been able to do a bit more.

I love Bernardo, but I thought he was very fortunate not to get a red card today, first half he was fouling the keeper every time we had a corner, in fact I thought he did on the Gvardiol goal, and he was at the referee (who was shite) at almost every decision, he did a lot of good things, but sometimes he can act like the village idiot, and in games like this it's no captain stuff it's just idiot stuff.

I voted for Foden and made special mention of Nunes but I didn't realise the errors that Nunes had made in their first goal until I watched MOTD. That was a blot on an otherwise good performance
