Vital 3 points, are we back on that performance, doubtful, played ok in patches poorly in other patches. Too many players not at the races but Savinho had his best game today, very good. Nearly a week before West Ham now time for a bit of rest and hopefully put a few past them
 
Good and crucial win that. Same issues still there from previous games which I dont think we can solve without signing players, but I thought KDB, Savinho and Haaland looked dangerous today so that was good to see. KDB when he's fit is one of the only players who consistently looks to get the ball forward and that's when Haaland comes alive. Savinho also benefitted from kick service and was my MOM, his best performance in blue.

McAtee great cameo, deserves a start instead of Foden next week, who I thought was pretty poor. Kovacic also good I thought.

Hopefully this is the start of turning it around. We've got a few more winnable games coming up now so need to win them and get the confidence back.
 
A better result than performance but we just needed three points. A decent team would have had a field day at times today.

McAtee definitely gave us something when he came on - strange that he’s had to wait this long for a chance given how poor we’ve been.

Savinho looked much better on the left and Haaland did well, but we’ve got a lot of hard work to do on and off the pitch to get back to where we should be.
 
Important to get that winning feeling back into the team. Fair to say we rode our luck on occasions but still some positives to take. Haaland imposing himself physically on the game in the second half was good to see, first goal for Savinho and McAttee did enough to make Pep see him in a different light. As ever, fantastic support from our travelling fans. Onwards and upwards!!
