Not a vintage performance by any stretch but hopefully the fact we actually won should help clear the cloud we've been under
Fully fit they should both start (ahead of KDB)Mcatee was excellent and deserves to start in front of Phil for the next game
Big 3 points
maybe not too dangerous not sure if my heart cant handleI can’t remember the last time a team played as open as Leicester, toe to toe football. Hopefully Pep has seen enough today to stop camping in the opposition box and let us try and play expansive, exciting, dangerous football again.
Confidence? But he did show glimpses of his former self. We live in hopeFelt nice to win again
What has happened to Foden?
KDB is finished at this point. One of the best ever for us but it’s time to move on
I'll always believe in Pep, but a lot of posters were absolutely spot on with McAtee.
If you keep doing the same thing over and over again, with players who aren't fully fit and/or past their peak then something HAS to change.
Delighted for both McAtee and Savinho today.
He has to be given a run now possibly in place of Phil who is looking so poorCertainly a more fluid performance, with Haaland much more involved from the get go.
Both the scorers needed a goal, and took them well, and McAtee’s cameo was just what he needed. After the goal he helped create, the players made it patently obvious how thrilled they were for him, and he relayed that to the fans. Chuffed to bits for him!
Hopefully, that earned him a scintilla of Pep’s “trust”?!!
Flat earthers, I'm guessing. And some want him gone.
He'll fix us.
A few of our attacks today were like being hooked up to a defib, it’s about time we saw some footy to get the blood flowing again.maybe not too dangerous not sure if my heart cant handle
