It’s bad cos left back could be considered a problem area for us for much of the past 25 years. Clichy I liked, he had some good seasons, some bad, kolarov too, many on here considered LB to be a problem with those two. Stuart Pearse was past his best when here. Tarnat wasn’t bad. But do we have to go all the way back to Terry Phelan?

The only positives from today are it wasn't United, Liverpool or Spurs and the transfer window is still open.

I hate to be Gundo's advocate, but how would him playing today made things worse than it was? Just give some answer based on reasoning and not because you think him not good enough.

You know how slow rodri was today - now imagine someone about 10 times slower. Is the reasoning good enough?

Players and pep need to stop with the excuses. Leicester had 11 behind the ball and it is unfair? Get the team set up and playing properly and it does not matter how many are behind the ball. Wingers out wide, fb coming into midfield, not crossing or passing aimlessly and getting caught out of position.He has lost his way. Man up and get back to how we set up for the previous 2 title winning years. Overcomplicating a winning system. Excuses mean jack shit. Outplayed outfought and no creativity. Im going to get hate for saying this but we really did miss Gundogan today. We need a controller in midfield to do the David Silva job i think pep only sees Gundogan as that not phil or bernardo so peps ideal midfield is Rodri Gundogan and KDB. there you have a player to break up play , a controller who can control the tempo of play and a creator who can create chances. Lack one of those and the midfield goes to shit which we saw today

Worst post on this thread. Rodri was painfully slow today. Gundogun is even worse. Together, you'll have the tortoise and the snail
