Leroy Sané

I don’t. His facial expression makes my ‘attending a funeral face’ look positively over the moon.

I don’t actually. He had one season where he was sensational, his first full season, then he was in and out of the team a little and looked like he was not that bothered. He then got the terrible injury so for me it’s been well over 2 years since I think he played at his highest level for us. We have missed his pace a little but I think part of the reason he was in and out of the team before he got injured is that teams stopped attacking us and just sat back, which in some ways nullified his speed.

Double digit goals and assists back to back 2017/2018 and 2018/2019. I know he plays for Bayern now but lets not go down the dipper road of re-writing history when we see fit. Ok?

Stats are not everything you know, in my eyes what I saw is what I saw, how dare you infer I am acting like a dipper. You are aware people can have different views you prick

Letting Sancho go, signing Mahrez and not securing Sane for another 3 years, a lack of foresight.
Didn't let Sancho or Sane go , they wanted to, foresight doesn't come into it unless you expect a manager to pick players based on whether they'll stay rather than if they deserve to play. Besides not worried, think Torres will be a great player for us.

We wanted him to stay and sign a new contract. We didn’t let him go, he chose to leave. Even after signing Mahrez, had Sané been eager to fight for his place and shown Pep he had the attitude needed to become the best he could then he’d likely be in our starting line up. He didn’t and he isn’t, that’s the long and short of it.
