Great skills, weak mentality.
I want our scouting to pick only mentally strong players who make the difference when it counts. We can easily beat the vast majority but to be great on top level we need the decisive difference that some of our players are lacking.
Sané has too much doubts in him and his form is absolutely unpredictable.

That scored a wonder goal freekick in a very important champions league tie...yeah must be mentally weak.

Great player who was a pleasure to watch in our shirt, but never go back, it's never the same and Bayern are letting him leave for a reason and it won't be a good one!
