Apparently, Arsenal is interested
Thats better than him joining Liverpool.
Apparently, Arsenal is interested
One. But they ARE a club who are a collection of many people. City ARE the same.Is. How many Arsenals are there?
Arteta you sneaky bastard, we can see what you are trying to pull off.Apparently, Arsenal is interested
But you could say Manchester City IS a football club which plays in the Premier League.One. But they ARE a club who are a collection of many people. City ARE the same.
We don’t say “City is playing with a full compliment against Arsenal who is full of injuries”.
Stanley has big sky rockets and seems to have found them the last couple of transfer windows.Leroy Sane will do well at Arsenal but his wages might be an issue for them to sign
Only if English isn't your first language. But you could say Manchester City IS a football club which plays in the Premier League.
Condescending much?Only if English isn't your first language.
You're the one who keeps insisting he's correct while seemingly having no knowledge of the English language. Just stop digging.Condescending much?
I have plenty of knowledge of the English language, thank you. You're the one who keeps insisting he's correct while seemingly having no knowledge of the English language. Just stop digging.
Are that right?I have plenty of knowledge of the English language, thank you.
Both are correct. But you could say Manchester City IS a football club which plays in the Premier League.
Shhhhhhh - you're not allowed to mention the games where he made a differenceI dont understand people's fixation with bringing him back. Was a great player on his day for us but also one of the ones whose head would drop when things weren't going our way. If he came back (which he absolutely won't be btw) we'd be getting a player back who isn't quite at the standard as the one we let go. Can just imagine now how he'd have reacted when we went 2-0 down against Villa. He certainly wouldn't have been one of the ones that dragged us back into the game.
Wasn’t it Leroy who scored winner vs Liverpool and changed the 0-0 at OT?
Arteta hasn't got a safety net unlike when Arsene Wenger was in chargeStanley has big sky rockets and seems to have found them the last couple of transfer windows.
Huge intentions and expectation for the Arse, Arteta has to produce this season, top 4 or p45?
Arsen by name, arse by nature.Arteta hasn't got a safety net unlike when Arsene Wenger was in charge
In English sports, we have a long-standing tradition of saying ARE. You may be correct that both are OK, but I believe that technically, "IS" is correct because you are referring to a single entity (e.g. the club/team).Both are correct.

A shame his day was about once a month.I dont understand people's fixation with bringing him back.
