Loads of potential but frustratingly inconsistent. If he can slightly improve consistency - better first touch, more control/better judgement when taking on opponents, more care when passing - he'd be in contention for world's best footballer. Hopefully he can make the jump to that next level.Seems to divide opinion a little bit due to his laid-back nature. I think he works really hard, but always 'looks' like he's not trying or could do more. It's one of those traits that the likes of Ronaldo, Berbatov and Ozil have/had.
