I've just heard someone on the radio say yesterday was the worst day of his life.

We are overreacting MASSIVELY to being beaten by the rags.

Ignore the shit from your rag mates. Ignore the gloating media. Ignore Ferguson's lies. Ignore the hurt.

We lost a point yesterday in the last minute of time added on. That didn't particularly damage us, to be honest. What has hurt us is Tottenham taking 6 points from two games where if they had been turned over we would still be sitting pretty.

Of course there is a connection - Spurs will have been boosted by City being pegged back a point, but did City taking no points from the game rather than one point really make that much of a difference? Fair play to Spurs because they have taken maximum points out of two of the hardest home games they will play. But that is what has hurt us where it really matters - in the league table.

We are now two points behind Spurs and are just behind them on goal difference. Now the rags are back in with a shout at the league I can't see Spurs getting anything at the swamp next week. If we are capable of beating Chelsea at their place we are capable of beating Arsenal at theirs. Even if we get beaten by Arsenal we will probably not be any worse off than we are now. Provided we beat Villa, it will stay in our hands to finish 4th by beating Spurs on our own patch - and we have won every really big evening kick off we have played at home this season.

Keep it real, keep the faith. We can still do it.

Guy was a rag he was call mugoo you know bitter blue.

#Edit#

I posted the above before reading your post and after reading it you some up my feelings on it to a tee.

I don't think we can do it, and that's not a delayed knee jerk reaction from yesterday's idiotic and disappointing performance. We don't have a player with an ounce of intelligence. Nor dor we have a team ethic of playing right up to the final minute. We switch off and become slack and lazy. Until that mentality changes we won't be able to compete with the best. I hate the Scum with a passion you would not believe, but those tossers know how to see a game out whether they're winning or losing.

ahem....Everton ????

"really big"?

Think Chelsea, think rags in January, think Arsenal

We CAN still do it ....... but we have to show a bit more 'nous' and professionalism than we displayed yesterday.

We played right into their hands by giving the ball away , and putting in crosses that were either over-hit , or fell short ....... you can't do that against sides of this standard , or against sides in the Champions League ........ should be be fortunate enogh to get there!

Seen a great tee shirt worn by a blue yesterday it said, "I understand pain I support Manchester City". Yesterday summed up nicely.

I can't get passed nor forgive the players for forgetting....

We were in an awesome run of form prior to yesterday.

We were at home.

We (the players) had a chance to give us the fans the bragging rights of not only a win in a Derby win, but all but killing The scums chance of winning a 4th title on the trot :(

The scum were on a dire run of form prior to yesterdy.

The scum fans, players and taggart will use yesterdays win and rub the victory down our throats too proberbly win their 4th title on the trot :(

Need i go on when will this hurt ever end?????
