Nail on head, for me.
Hughes is the past, the treatment of him was dissettling but needs to have a line drawn under it. I don't want to hear idiot conspiracy theories about how and why he went, I'd rather talk about our new man.
To me, Mancini is an exciting manager to have at the club, but I watch a shitload of Italian football. His Inter team was unstoppable and steamrollered the league for several years in a row.
He's also younger than Hughes. I said in another thread that I was disappointed that we didn't give him time to build a dynasty, maybe Mancini will get that time, as he is a Khaldoon appointment and not a Shinawatra appointment.
I'm excited to be a City fan at the moment, and can't wait to hear him on Monday.
