It's very rude and very juvenile.
Take a filter out of a fag(has to be unused) put it in someones hand and pour a little nail polish remover on it. Tell them to close their hand and shake it up and down for 30 seconds or so and then open their hand. It looks for all the world like they've just given someone a hand shandy.
The filter completely dissolves leaving a white sticky goo that resembles man fat.
