Weird lineup, it's a lineup I have been saying we should go with in some of these CL games as the jeopardy isn't there and we should be easily beating most teams anyway, but didnt expect it against the pot 2 team.

Expecting a standard formation with Lewis in midfield (i did call for one of our "fullbacks" to get a game in midfield) but could be a chance for a back 5 there too with wing backs.

Biggest concern is there is not going to be any cohesion in that team, but on the other hand, plenty of players with a point to prove who need to impress. Massive benefits if we can get a win out of it, more changes than I think is neccesary and he'll be in for some stick if it backfires but I'm on board with it.

Pot 2 team but haven't they got something like 12 Players out?

Great Team?? It isn't is it, it really isn't. The question should be, is that team good enough to beat Leverkusen. The answer to that will be apparent in a few hours

It is becoming increasingly difficult to tell.

I’d avoid the match day thread like the plague in an hour.
 
We have Madrid away next. We really don't have the wiggle room to be choosing a team like that.
Could well end up in the play off round again because of the team selection tonight

I think that has fuck all to do with it.Lots of games coming up. Defense was wide open Saturday but if Foden and Baaland had taken their chances first half Doku has 3 assists and we’d have had plenty of goals. Hardly think he’s decided to drop those 2 because they missed chances
 
No problem with the quality of players at all. They're pretty much all internationals and very good players. The problem is that they won't have played together that often, so fluency in our play may be lacking.
