Looks like I'm removing stoke and adding Preston to my favourite teams on flash scores then
No idea but the PNE forum might be worth a browse.

They seem excited to have him.
Jay RodriguezWhat's Burnley's striker situation?
He always struck me as the sort of player who will suddenly 'come to everyone's attention' when he's about 23 or 24, after forming a high scoring partnership with another striker. They should be.....a fit and eager Delap is a brilliant prospect, give him the supply and he will do the business.
Can't get in a mid table Preston team now either, hope he manages to turn it around.

Speaking with one of their six fingered fans,Liam has been bobbins.
I watched him at Rotherham on boxing day for stoke. Looked clumsy and dare I say overweight?? Do well to ever play a premiership game in my opinion again.
Doyle and mcatee will 100% be premier league players at some point in their careers. The Championship is a world apart from Academy football.
It is often a tough, dog-eat-dog fight, with flair players often just getting scraps.
Delap reminds me a little of Ched Evans, who is still picked ahead of Liam, for Preston, even at 34.
The superior strength and power that Delap had at EDS level does not necessarily transfer to Championship level.
Out of Delap, Doyle & McAtee, it will be interesting if any become a Premiership player ?
I'd plump for McAtee, as his skill-set is more suited to the top level...
I am surprised how badly he has struggled at Championship level as, out of his EDS peers, I thought that he had the necessary physique to thrive at that level. This was always the question mark I had with him.
Is he dominant at youth level legitmatelt? Or was he just bullying weak developing players so it hid some weaknesses.
Now his injury might have played a role and I hope him the best, but it wont be with us.
And thats okay, as long as we give these youth pathways to play professional football all is fine. Very few will make it with us.
This is one of those that has gone terrible for all parties, but in hindsight all of these moves have been bad. He's been playing a certain way with City for years, to then send him off to Stoke & Preston, how is that going to help? I would still keep him, but the next move for him next season is key.I am surprised how badly he has struggled at Championship level as, out of his EDS peers, I thought that he had the necessary physique to thrive at that level.
Turning down the reported £16M offer from Southampton seems in retrospect to be a bad move. Not sure where he will go from here. I cannot see any team matching the £££ that City pay him and loan opportunities in the Championship may be difficult to find for him next season based upon his performances at Stoke and Preston. Maybe a season in League One would be a good option?

It's been a tough loan period for delap. But I'd look at Harry Kane and the awful loan moves he had before he eventually made it at Spurs. He had awful times at orient, Millwall , Norwich and Leicester before he got the chance at spurs.
