My guess on the highest likes to post's are non blues who come in peace and compliment city.
They are keen to slightly criticise their own team but never offend city and therefore gather likes.
So if you want to be popular nip over to redcafe, sign in as a city fan and tell them how city might be guilty and you'll go straight to the top of the likes to post's board.
