Limewire ?

Downloaded Limewire Pro, had loads of problems,
is it worth it? If not what is the best site, do not really download a lot just music and do not mind paying a subscription if its hassle free.
PS bit of a thick **** when it comes to the super information highway

deffo not worth it. it's the worst thing for slowing down the computer and is the main down loading programme that is guaranteed to give you a virus at some point. The best onr and safest one i've seen is bear share

Limewire used to be alright,but like the above poster said, It's full of viruses, content has dwindled,amgoing to try thatbearshare, ..... Mcafee saying that bearshare would tryand change my settings? .......is it safe?

I had Bearshare, paid for 12 months but after 6 that went iffy aswell.
Deleted the 1 tune I got off Limewire and that solved some of my problems but not all.
But its a big learning curve.
Thanks to Bluemoon Ive put the IT geek in the office right a few times.
And Im on more money and not paying a student loan off

sorry if bearsare wasn't good for you. it seemed to work ok for me but i only used it for a couple of moths, but yes defo get rid of limewire asap
