Decides it was time to move on, the club honours his wishes and assists in providing David with the move that best suits him.

Barcelona treats him like shit, disrespects him and other players, falls out with manager and president alike over treatment, announces intention to leave club where he became a legend, club throws as many obstacles in his way and goes so far as to call Daddy La Liga to force him to stay. It's not the Barcelona I was led to believe!

I actually think if we can't get him on a free this season it may be beneficial to wait a year until we can. We can strengthen areas of the side that need addressing and clear out the dead wood. Hopefully the virus situation will be sorted by them and crowds back. Messi can then be announced along with a two or three year Pep extension, no battle with Barca and they will be forever known as the bad guys.

Went to Barca’s stadium to do the tour on my mates stag weekend and was surprised how run down it looked then back then in the 90s . Went in the club shop and all the usual tat but what surprised me the most was a stand full of rag shirts.
