Surprising comments from Guardiola. He mentioned Kane by name. He usually refuses to discuss, at all, any player under contract somewhere else. He also unequivocally confirmed that Messi is leaving Barcelona. He sung his praises and didn't close the door. Both will lead to dramatics until the last day.

That’s exactly why I just posted that I think there may be deals being done on both fronts. Pep said that if the players that want to leave bring offers they can go. Those three our four players could raise £200m meaning Kane and Messi are basically free.

I just don't get it. Every time PSG signs players whether it's free or with big transfer fees nobody seems to complain. But if it was us it would be much different. Morons with different standards.

Tbf they do get a lot of stick. But their domestic rivals are Lille and Monaco. Ours are Liverpool and United.

City, of course. Love Guardiola and his tactical evolution per game and season. He became conservative by necessity, and things worked beautifully. Last season was down to him. The centurions season and the come back against Liverpool were more on the players.
