If FFP says that a club can't make that signing it's a bad rule.

PSG play in the fifth best league in Europe. They are big fish in a small pond.

Messi might get them a UCL win, maybe even two but let's see how that goes. Barca didn't win it every year when they had the best team of all time.

I totally agree but we have had years of shit because of it and still have to adhere to it. Therefore if we have to, restricting us from buying certain players as we have to watch the budget, then PSG and others have to.
