The only way it happens is messi once again instigating a move, either by leaking that he will sign a pre contract in january, or some other suggestion of leaving. Otherwise, bartomeu has zero need to offer him any way out.
The interview he gave killed any momentum, and drew a line in it. Till someone dares cross it again, there really is nothing to see there.
