This video is the perfect arguement to "Messi bottled it" and "He should move to the prem to prove himself" etc...

If his wife & kids are happy in Spain and he wants to stay there with them - then fair enough, some things are more important... Happy wife = Happy life and all that

*IF* Barca can re-sign him is another matter but I wouldn't be surprised if Messi was happy just to train with them and wait it out - if they 100% can't sign him then who knows... retire?

I still think Messi and Sergio will both end up at New York City FC at some point. That would really shake up the MLS and bring a smile to Khaldoon's face.
 
From the looks of it, Messi really wants to stay in Barcelona all his life.

All the transfer rumours where a way to get his salary up and he did milked that cow to the maximum.

The only legit time after multiple humiliations he wanted to leave was last year but did not had the appetite and there too he never wanted to fight back once they said no.

The Greatest of all time is still waiting for a contract while his club in a shady move throw some players out and move some money through laundering.
No one waits when there are better contracts on the table PSG and City and no one can still want to stay in Barcelona with whatever is going on there unless you are truly in love with the club or too lazy to move your ass at this time of his Career.

He doesn't care about any trophies anymore. He got one with Argentina.

so they have 13 days to srot out their finances and sell players or they cant register Messi or the others they have brought in...Kun, Garcia, Depay...

They have a lot to do....I cant see Messi hanging around for a few months and just training. (Im presuming the next time they culd register him and other others would be the Winter transfer window)
