Applying for another job online and it has a section for current employment and says if not employed fill in the first box with "unemployed" and the rest with "N/A", fill out the rest of the application and it sends me back to that saying that its not a valid date. Well what the fuck am I supposed to do, I don't have any employment so my date started doesn't exist and neither does the date when my employment is due to end. A few companies do this and its starting to get on my tits would make more sense to have the first question as a selection which effects the rest of the section. If you answer no then you don't need to fill the rest out.

just put the start date as your first date of unemployment and put todays date for the end.
