This is a good point.
When you think you've got an 'Iconic' club, but can't keep hold of your best players, it's a sign that decline
can be hard to reverse, a feature that is more prevalent these days.

Had a look on rawk. They seem to be resigned to coutinho going. He has gone from being the best player in the world to not irreplaceable and nowhere as good as Suarez was. They realise that they can't keep hold of their best players.

Interestingly, one of them suggested getting Denis Suarez in part exchange
