Some of the conspiracy theory mongering on here is embarrassing. We definitely had some bad breaks but in the end poor defending and finishing let us down.

I disagree. Our under strength team opened up Liverpool time and time again but we were uncharacteristically sloppy and couldn't get a clean strike in. If Liverpool had created all those chances we would be saying we'd dodged a few bullets. A Liverpool fan is a friend of mine. He's telling me it was heart in mouth every time Sergio scuffed a chance. He can't believe Sergio didn't get a clean strike in.

Well that was predictable, i will say that i was impressed by the team 4 first teamers out and another 3 still gaining match fitness and goals aside we were the better team just think if Ederson would have played would he being bigger have saved that first, would he being faster come out for the second, and would he have pushed away the cross for the third?i know that is ifs but it is those ifs that we did not batter liverpool
