Possibly crying when he realised it wasn't their year. Again. And "loss of eyesight" in quotes. i.e. Meaning he had a watery eye for 10 minutes.

Is this real worldBest wishes to this man and his family. Disgraceful behavior from the idiot throwing objects..I hope they catch him.
Don't we have CCTV in all stadiums these days? If he's lying or instigated the whole thing like that Everton fan did I want the club to respond to the paper itself with legal action.
The Everton fan was apparently mouthing off in a City section giving it large and then proceeded to hide behind his disabled son, how responsible of him right? Anyone else would be ashamed to have needlessly put his poor son in a situation like that but obviously something horrible directed at his son was said(not condoning that) so said moron then decided he was the innocent party and went full Liverpudlian victim mode in the press.Which Liverpool fan is this ? It is a made up story by the Beano aka liverpool echo. Allegedly a police officer made the statement. What is anoying is the Daily Mirror are now running with it but quoting the Echo as the source, in other words copying a story to slag us off.
