Me lads got a new i phone and when he presses the add to wallet he gets a “ooops something went wrong “ message
Any ideas how to fix or if not where would he go at the ground to get it sorted ?

Sounds similar to an issue another fan had last night - I don’t know if it was resolved but will see if I can find that thread.

Was his ticket downloaded onto his previous phone? If so it might not be working as I think you’re only able to downlod the ticket on one phone at any time.

If his last phone was an iPhone then he should be able to get the ticket by logging into his iCloud and restoring his phone from his last back up. If that doesn’t work I think the office at the stadium should be able to print his ticket off for you if you have his season card number and an ID. Sorry couldn’t be of more help

I got that for Tuesdays match
Best to go to the ticket office. That was the advice after long phone wait but in the end it resolved itself on the day before the match

I wish I could feel confident about this game like some others but I don’t. The fact they are clinical in front of goal and we need a load of chances to score worries me. Hopefully we turn up and play to our ability.

Same here mate. I fucking wish I was as confident as all the other Blues on here but it's just not me. I keep thinking back to that bloody week a few years back when the Rags done us then it was the Spurs game (I think that was the week). I'm not thinking about all the great weeks we've had, the times we've turned up big. Nope, just thinking bad things.......I'm a twat......
