Crazy how the positivity as changed so quick, people thinking we'd actually do madrid in the pre match thread and I got slated for saying they'd batter us. They are and we're levels above us in both games. Anyway onto the next game I'm about as confident as I was before both madrid games I'll go with 3-1 to the scousers.
 
Whilst we're utter shite for our standards, these are not the great side the fawning media will tell you. I reckon The Right Reverend for this one.

Yup

Should be one of the easier decisions this summer.....he has zero part to play in the team. But then again neither has KDB, Gundo, Grealish, Bernardo - and this is what people need to accept.

If we get any positive result against the scousers Ill laugh my head off with happiness as they should run all over us. relying on those 4 players mentioned above....yet we have no other real alternative.
 
need a big win for ourselvesand hopefully we get a good 3-0 result, but if we lose to a respectable 1-0 and arsenal lose to west ham so those tarquin cunts drift further from the top I can get over it.
 
From Boxing Day onwards in the League, we have played 8, won 5, drawn 2, lost 1. 17 points from a possible 24. Only Arsenal and Liverpool have got more points than us in that period. So we are improving slowly.

Teams we have played in that time for context, (Home games) v Everton, West Ham, Chelsea, Newcastle. (Away games) v Leicester, Brentford, Ipswich, Arsenal.

Liverpool are a very good side, but it is fair to say overall that Real Madrid are stronger, despite their loss at Anfield in November.

If we play properly, we can get a positive result on Sunday.
 
Can't risk Haaland with a knee problem. It could give the dippers something 'different' to handle with the more nimble Marmoush. Having said that, we did nothing against Madrid, so I can't see much change. Really in a pessimistic mood after last night, so Diaz and Salah to run riot and give us a pasting.

Got to start Doku on the left wing for this one.

Obviously line up depends on whether Erl is fit or not, and whether Pep decides to give Kev a run out.

I’d definitely be starting Nico and Kova in the engine room.

Or fighting for the champions league

So I feel like game this Sunday will be different since top 4 is something we have to fight for
 
Liverpool have looked fucked the past few games. Players look very tired all of a sudden.

We have a better chance then some think.
