Tbf I hate the man but you have to give credit to Rodgers, he seems like an amazing manager and last year was not solely down to Suarez but the manager also. He has them attacking with so much pace it's often impossible to defend against. Those that say they weren't in the game against us are wrong imo, they had some really good chances to score and on another day sturridge could have bagged a couple, especially after skinning Kompany twice. Think they'll tire out along the season but atm they look on fire.

Very impressed with dippers today. That Moreno fella looks a proper modern day left back and I think ballotelli will be a huge success alongside sturridge and sterling. Wouldn't be surprised if they run Chelsea, hopefully us and possibly Arsenal for the title. Agree with you on Brenda. He's looking like a brilliant coach and man manager. The club looks very together.

It's obvious that a lot has to do with him being British as to why he is overrated as a manager. I've been very impressed with sturridge so far. At worst he is the 3rd best striker in the premier league with kun and costa. He is so hard to defend against.

If Sturridge could finish he'd be up there with the best, it's what let's him down. Dribbling wise there's not a better one in the prem. We're looking good, don't think we'll push for the title, that's a bit too far fetched. It'll be a two horse race between you and Chelsea this year.

You played very well and fully deserved the victory. Some may say Spurs were crap but I give credit to you scouse bastards for making them look incredibly bobbins.

Looked excellent against Spurs, you don't know what you have with Balotelli just yet too. If Rodgers can keep him on the straight and narrow he will score a few this season! I don't think your lot are strong enough for the title but 3/4th should be pretty much expected surely?
