I like Fekir and I think he’s a very good player but he will never work as a centre midfielder. He’s a striker or winger, that’s like playing Sane or Sterling as a centre midfielder. In a Guardiola team you can get away with it a bit more due to the team as a whole having more possession but the way Liverpool play, having Keita and Fekir in midfield will make them so incredibly open.
The three shithouse midfielders Henderson, Milner and Wijnaldum allowed their front 3 to express themselves. Buying these new midfielders could have a negative effect.

They are signing quality. If they get a good keeper they will push us all the way next season. I think Keita will transform their midfield for starters. The issue they had last year was the same as in Pep's first season. The couldn't maintain their high intensity game after Christmas. Klopp will manage squad rotation much better next season (just as Pep did last year). On a more positive note the Rags are still signing the wrong sort of players for modern football under their dinoasur manager so they will not feature in the title race.

Pep was able to manage our fitness levels with sheer possession. There were so many games after the New Year where we just passed the ball around to have a rest when we could have gone for the kill. Are Liverpool capable of that?

With a clever keeper plus Fabinho, Keita, and Fekir they will be able to keep the ball better. I think a lot depends on the CL draw. They may get a tougher group next year which will sap them but if they go out early it will help them. I think it's going to be a fascinating season. I expect City to win the league but it will be tighter.

not true. Liverpool had the record P23 W16 D5 L2 Pts 53/69 between 28 October and 31 March. Their problem was the start of the season where they had a P9 W3 D4 L2 Pts 13/27 run which knocked them out of the title race due to our 20 game winning run. They didn't run out of steam until they decided to prioritise the CL from the Quarter-Finals.Their problem was a lacklustre start.

Big season for Klopp, he will need to win a trophy for the Dippers next season, especially with the money they are going to spend in the Summer.

The look to have a strong squad and a lot depends imo on how these new signings settle in, City still are have a stronger squad
