The scouse narrative for the coming season (which means it's the media narrative) is that we can be "got at" just like "Scouser Fans" did to our bus and Refs did to us last season. So we're going to be "got at" by more clubs, which means we'll get less points, 85-90, which narrows the gap between us and the dippers to around 10 points based on last season. Liverpool have strengthened and a 10 point gap can be closed...Hey Presto!...It's their year!

Net spend should surely just be the difference between what you spend and what you earn, from whatever source. We spend $200 million using money we got from sponsorship deals and prize money and TV money, etc. and they spend $200 million using money they got from selling an asset. How does that make their net spend any different?

It's really only about balancing the books at the end of the day, not where the income part comes from.
Exactly. We are a much better run club and therefore don’t have to sell our best players to balance the books like they do. I’d be pretty much humiliated if I thought that was something to brag about.

It really isngood to see Salah recovering from his life ending shoulder injury. It must have been touch and go at one point.

How can anyone like or “not mind” Klopp? He’s a vile person who hides behind a big grin.
You only have to see how he asks when things aren’t going his way to see his true self.

And then there’s his hypocrisy, he’s gone full dipper.

Plus what the hell is with interrupting guardiolas press conference? What a ****.
