Noticed Pep mentioned the away leg at Anfield in the CL again, in the Everton match press conference. I love how adamant he is that Jesus' goal shouldn't have been ruled out and Sterling should definitely have had a penalty. The Dipper/NetspendFC folklore will be that "City were just battered in the game"(la) but it could easily have finished 3-2(which changes the home leg completely), from a disastrous start, all helped by an incompetent ref/linesman.
The coverage BT gave those 2 decisions, especially after their offside opener(which they brushed over as well) was a disgrace. For our goal, the angle on the replay used in the 'All or Nothing' documentary, which Pep was looking at must have been available to BT but someone at BT deliberately chose not to show it(we got a shit one for a few seconds instead). Also, if I remember right they didn't show the replay of the foul on Sterling until after the game, when the studio ref fucked up by mentioning it, so they had to. When ever anyone questions whether we go over the top about the perceived bias BT Sports has, I think of that game.
