Betting companies have took billions on ante post bets on all leagues.

teams to win the league etc
Top goalsscorer etc

promotions etc etc

they will have to pay it all back to the punter if it’s voided !!!

ive got £50 on WBA
£50 on us for champions league if voided they will have to return all stakes.
They will have to hand back billions and it’s gonna be glorious
I'm not sure all bookies will return the stakes.

A lot of small print that no-one is remotely interested in reading when placing a bet.......

Take Liverpool fc out of the equation and all of this shit around playing football games during a pandemic wouldn't exist. It could literally be Any other team (even utd).

It's always fkin Liverpool with the shit

Apparently players will have to wear face masks during training but not when playing. What actual purpose does that serve?

What the actual fuck?

Fair play to button mushroom: he said this whole drive to finish the season is driven by cash. He also said: how many players will have to die before they decide it's a horrendous idea? Never liked the gobby little git as a player, but some sense comes out of that gob every now and then

Face masks and disinfected footballs among rules for Premier League return
Players also face two privately-sourced tests per week, according to reports

Premier League players will wear face masks and all footballs will be disinfected by staff in personal protective equipment under strict rules designed to allow squads to resume group training during the coronavirus crisis.

A seven-page document drawn up by

The plans, which will be discussed at a meeting of clubs on Friday, will also require players and staff to pass a Covid-19 Antigen Test in the 48 hours before returning to group training.

The rules include:

  • All footballs, GPS units, cones, corner flags, goalposts and other equipment to be disinfected before and after use by staff wearing PPE
  • Players encouraged to wear a snood or mask at all times
  • Cars to be parked three spaces apart
  • No massages unless approved by club doctor
  • Fluids to be left at designated pick-up points
  • Only visit training block to use toilet
  • Initially only five players per training group
  • Players to be given designated time slots and 15 minutes to prepare
  • 75 minutes of small group training
  • 15 minutes recovery
  • Players and staff will be banned from spitting at the training ground
The document states: “This protocol will require the consent of all stakeholders and the agreement of Clubs....
