Salad needs sending off. Week in, week out he's trying to get not only dodgy decisions but also fellow pros potentially sent off / suspended. Thankfully refs seem to be ignoring his antics instead of rewarding them this year, but he needs a couple of simulation bans now as it's an ingrained habit like Young at the rags.
