As we know all too well with Bobb, a fractured leg can be a tricky thing to recover from, its not just the healing, its the re-strengthening process too. Could be a "just" a few months, or could miss the world cup, depends on the severity of it.

He might be a dipper rat but can't be gleeful at his injury, hope he recovers fully. I can however bask in the dippers finding themselves short in attack after breaking the transfer record twice on attackers this summer as well as buying an additional £90m striker.
Every now and then in life, a bit of karma comes into play. Isak didn't treat Newcastle very well at all in his efforts to engineer his transfer. The dippers didn't cover themselves in glory either by what appeared to be a clear case of tapping up a player who was at the time contracted to another club.
Fate has decided to bite both player and club on their respective arses. Like you I hope he recovers OK but TBH I have no sympathy with either him or his shithouse employers for the predicament in which they find themselves.

I see Earnie Lost is accusing van de Ven of being "reckless" in his tackle on the striking Swede.

Is this a thinly-veiled attempt to say it was deliberate? This is a load of nonsense, of course. No player sets out to deliberately injure an opponent.

Unless you’re an Irish dog wanker, of course.

Van de Ven is the new Jordan Pickford.

Gleeful? No, but I certainly couldn't give a shit. That karma really is a bitch.
