I watch a lot of football but Nunez being a decent player certainly passed me by. Looked a complete donkey and you massively overpaid for him - but the you have a history of doing that. Andy Carroll cost the same as Aguero, I seem to recall.

Jack Grealish was the first premier league player to cost £100m? Torres cost £50m? Andy Carroll cost £35m? All overly mentioned in the media and by supporters of other clubs.

It is infuriating, especially when they don't hit the heights they are capable of individually. It gets mentioned even more.

As a City supporter, you've enjoyed, witnessing a lot of success, with Grealish in the squad. I personally, don't think you should care, about the £100m pound man thing.

Will Wirtz get similar treatment? No idea. If he takes a while to settle then he probably will get it from 'the scum' journalists and media personalities. I am sure some of the City fanbase and fans of other clubs will jump on it too.

I'll base my opinion on what I see from him and how successful the team is.

Being pedantic but, Pogba cost well over £100m given United had to buy his image rights separately but the Red media were happy to gloss over that fact.

The best moments for me were seeing Van Dick give the pen away and Salah ballooning his pen over the bar

Lovely stuff

Especially after the dippers thought they had all this seasons trophies wrapped up after 4 minutes
