Klopp has built good sides and motivated them. Just what Liverpool need. But he has been there and done that. Does he really want to start again? Carlo has generaly improved already good sides. Not the case with Liverpool.

So Klopp would be best but unlikely whilst Carlo may look good on paper but not in this context....
