Liverpool v City on Sunday, anyone watching this in town?

Genuinely does anyone on here go out and watch City in the pubs in town if you aren't going to the game?

I used to do it years ago, Got pissed off doing it as you can't watch it properly for numerous reasons.

● Some cunts head in the way of the main screen.

● Some random **** talking bollocks to you as you are trying to concentrate on the game.

● Some **** trying to cause trouble.

● Rag cunts

I'll watch it at home and can f and blind all I want, I can also sit in my jocks and city shirt something which can't be done in a pub.

Will only stay local and go in the pub where our OSC is based out of, full of blues. But I go to most games so only watch the odd few in there.

Places like Box on Deansgate would be my idea of hell. infested with rags & dips cheering opposition goals etc. no thanks.

Cringey as fuck that.

At least you've the local you know the atmosphere and other people in the pub ect Best place to do so if going out, No **** annoying you.

Doubt many Rags will be cheering Liverpool, they can see their record disappearing before their eyes. Liverpool likely to equal rags record this season and with the strength of the squads likely to win it again before rags do, then what will they boast about. Always wise to give town a miss if their at home ditto for them if we're at home.

The 2 rags I work with both wished me luck for Sunday as I left the office today.

Not that I wanted their pitiful best wishes.

Watching? I’m leaving the door for an extremely long run at 4:30 and not getting back to after full time, I’ll ask the wife the score and that will dictate whether I even turn on the tv.

I’m avoiding all media for the week if we’ve lost.
I know the feeling, but this time with us being so far behind already it feels to me like the pressure’s off to a degree, so I’ll find it easier to watch. And anyway, to state what I always thought was the obvious, being a supporter means watching the team!

Enjoy your run anyway mate - a half marathon should see you right ;-)

I feel the exact same, I'm genuinely so laid back about the game. Normally against Liverpool I'm nervous and get agitated before the game even kicks off.

I must say I'm so relaxed as I'm not expecting us to get anything, If we get a draw or a miraculous win I'll be absolutely buzzing.
