we all know that yaya is a defensive liability (most of the time)...but when he doesn't play our attacking play does suffer.....his link play from midfield into silva (esp) and others is a really big miss.....fernando just doesn't cut it in that dept (but better defensively obviously) so a lot relies on Dihno tonight to move the ball back to front
with the injuries MP doesn't have much option i suppose.......

Winning this match will make a huge statement in terms the race to the title and it will consolidate the energy, confidence and momentum from Sunday. Hopefully Yaya will be back in the next game as we need the big players in this final stretch. Navas and Sterling should provide the balance offensively and defensively and the team as a whole is more than capable of getting the three points
It all starts with defense and there is every reason to be full of belief that the team will be solid and organized and then build from there. A lot of game and energy management will be required and the ability to win the possession game will actually be beneficial in this type of match.
