    Vics got 247 on Saturday. The ‘Northwich Derby’ in January attracted 417.

    I recall the Conference league in the early 90s when 6 clubs from Cheshire were in it.
    Vics, Witton, Stalybridge, Macclesfield, Runcorn and Altrincham. Lots of derbies and decent gates throughout the season.

    If I remember correctly it was for an ex Witton player called Derek Parker or Parkin. I took a City programme showing pics for the 10-1 and got most of that team to sign their pics of the goals.

    The last game Witton played at Central Park was the same day Gleghorn went in goal for City, think it was against Palace.

    Cheshire fans are a discgrace, hardly any watch a team from their own county these days. All too good for that.

    Aren't City of Liverpool the dips breakaway club? Could be interesting if both them and FCUM both get through.
