Yeah several fighting with the knife man. Police come in, drag final man off and pop him.

Looks like it. The cop on the left has a taser, I think, but can't see anything to suggest it was deployed. Looks like a member of the public was holding him down so thought at first they were dragging him off to taser the guy.
