It's amazing to think, isn't it, that in this world of blanket surveillance, where you are supposed to be filmed about thirty times on any given day in central London and all big cities (worse in China), it's become almost impossible to simply disappear off the face of the earth, unless you killed yourself, and that, in a fairly remote spot.
They never got that guy who murdered Olof Palme either, did they? The prime minister of a western country, murdered out in the street. That always seemed utterly bizarre to me. The Swedish authorities claimed they knew exactly who the killer was in 2020. Meanwhile, he had committed suicide in 2000. Not exactly very conclusive, eh?
