Potentially a long-overdue solution to the leftback problem, plus quality cover at left centreback; was the French World Cup-winning leftback, and we were linked with him while at Atlético - seems to have some substance in it, as Bayern have unearthed Davies. It would be a good signing for us.

Appears we’re still trying to get a swap deal out of this, expect there will be another 3/4 Bayern names bandied around in the coming weeks.
Bild have a direct line to Bayern which is regurgitated onto twitter. All that info is usually correct regarding their intentions.
