Is he even back? Or close to being back?I’d leave walker wrapped in cotton wool the the Madrid battle. Rest Rodri and Stonesy too
Saw a few posters mention him in the team line up for Luton and assumed close but no idea. I’d be confident for Madrid game if he was.Is he even back? Or close to being back?
Absolutely. I'd be the same as you wrap him up keep him for Wed.Saw a few posters mention him in the team line up for Luton and assumed close but no idea. I’d be confident for Madrid game if he was.
Goal difference doesn’t matter now. For it to matter, Arsenal and Liverpool would have to lose a game and City draw one. Very unlikely as it’s likely we only win the league with 7 wins. If we do, then GD won’t matter.Sounds fanciful I know but... we have to win this game with at least a 3 goal margin.... got to put some pressure on the Arse.
Gordon Banks's waiters strike again. It wouldn't surprise me if the Madrid hotel staff had something to do with it.
Goal difference does matter. I think it is most likely that they could both lose a game on the run in - and quite probable that we could draw a game. The problem is we are not catching Arse’s gd, so they need to (and probably will) drop further points. It’s Liverpool’s goal difference we need to better. Let’s not get to the end of the season and say “if only we had scored an extra goal”.Goal difference doesn’t matter now.
