I'm off over to NY in December and although I fly on Saturday 17th Dec and will consiquesntly miss the Gooners game, although I still hold out hope that it will be changed to Sunday for TV. I will be watching the Stoke game in The Mad Hatters Saloon on 21st Dec.
As anyone got any tips/advice or experience of watching the match in NY.
Cheers Fellow Blues
You'll have a great time at the Hat....just PM me a few days before you fly.
I suppose we'll now need to have the "Garry Cook Memorial Wall" on the spot where he made his "not if, but when we beat them" speech.
But seriously, it's a great time & the next best thing to being in Manchester. One of the owners is a Liverpool fan so we always give him shit. All he's allowed to hang is a Liverpool clock. City shit is everywhere lol
here's us at the FA Cup final.....I'm the crazy muthafukka on someone's shoulders...

Watched the FA Cup final in there while on my honeymoon, mint atmosphere mint pub, you'll love it.
we were all doing the Poznan in the street after with the local press there at 1200 in the afternoon all pissed up with a load of locals looking at us like we were nutters
I fortunately was doing the Poz in wembley itself, although Im sure the Hatters is a close second ;-)
I need to be at Rockerfella and 5.30 so cant sink the usual pintage:-(
Does it get busy or is there plenty of room????
Depends on the match really. We won't have a big crowd for Wolves on a Monday afternoon, but the derby is always packed, even the 7:30AM matches.
