There has been a fair amount of footage and pictures of Maddie on that holiday used in both the documentaries and by the police/media.

More so than I can ever remember my family holidays having.

Are you making this up as you go along?

There was only 5 photos of Madeline from that holiday that were passed onto the portugese police. 3 were verified from the first day (as the they had the same clothes on from footage taken when they got off the plane), then there was 'tennis ball' photo and finally the pool photo.
Please point me in the direction of any other photos from that holiday, because as far as i am aware all the other photos used by the media wasn't from that holiday.

Mate like all parents i've made plenty of mistakes, none of us are perfect and unfortunately kids don't come with a manual.

I disagree with your view on this but not going to continue as we'll end up going round in circles.

What i will say is a i agree totally with @Dubai Blue above, 77 metres is nowhere near next door unless you live on a farm!! And the image from the page previous shows the view they had.

Absolutely true, everyone makes mistakes. In fact one of my earliest memories was being left outside nursery for an hour as my mum didn’t realise the times had changed, I was sat on the doorstep waiting for an hour in the middle of a town, anything could have happened.

I agree we should start to wind up this now, our views aren’t too dissimilar, it’s just I think we should give them more of a benefit of the doubt as it may have felt different if we were part of the group.
