I've deleted the email but I think you could pick them up until an hour before kick off (so 7.45 local time).
They haven't said where the pick up location will be yet. I'd expect an email on Friday if not before.

I haven't heard any news. I guess the info will come out Thursday or Friday when the Club has had an opportunity to switch attention from the first leg and the youth cup final. What a week!

For the Paris trip Hotel pick-up details were sent in the post. Letter had to be shown with your passport.
