one thing she did which everyone agrees on is that she caused one huge divide in this country

Mustard Dave said:You lefties suggesting the late, great Margaret Thatcher was involved in the cover-up of paedophiles is laughable. You want to look closer to home and at the likes of Tessa Jowell and Harriet Harman who actively encouraged it!
nobody can eat fifty eggs said:Nearly everybody knew about Savile you fool. Even the nation's beloved Dame Esther Rantzen who was in charge of Childline admitted she believed that Savile was guilty of child abuse years ago and she did fuck all about it.Hung said:nobody can eat fifty eggs said:Unpopular politician? FFS she knowingly covered up for paedophiles in her own government and had Savile round for tea every two minutes, fucking shame on you and anyone else who holds her in high esteem.
I think you’ll find that Savile fooled pretty much everybody, including the Queen. The Archbishop of Canterbury and Mother Theresa. As for a ‘cover up’, it is a little soon to tell (unless of course you are privy to evidence so far not made available to the public). You may have disagreed, with her policies, assuming you were around at the time, you may have found her manner objectionable, she may have changed things that you hold dear, but to say that you would have ‘gladly burned her alive’ is extreme and dare I say, ‘over dramatic’. I find Ed Miliband objectionable, irritating, shallow and embarrassingly unconvincing. I won’t vote for him, but neither would I want to burn him alive, nor would I want to buy a music track that celebrates his death. That is probably the difference between the far left and the centre right.
I despair I really do about the naivety or denial of some people.
, I'm sure it was you that started the IRA shit by by suggesting it was a "pity" that Margaret Thatcher didn't die in one of their despicable bomb attacks.TTTCITYBHOY said:Gaylord du Bois said:Celtic supporter with IRA leanings. Fits the stereotype, unfortunately.
