Making a website

I use <a class="postlink" href="http://www.ucoz.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.ucoz.com/</a> since 2008, very easy.
Here is my site <a class="postlink" href="http://leuchtturm.ucoz.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://leuchtturm.ucoz.com/</a>

How easy is this to do?

Can you make a professional looking site without having to get someone to do it all for you? Say something similar to the main bluemoon website without the forum, would that be doable? How long would in take for someone with little knowledge of building a website to put it together from scratch?

Also, is it easy enough to point two URL's to the same website?

Finally, are there any decent programs/software packages that make it simple?

Thanks
Dear Ric can you help me;)

I've always used <a class="postlink" href="http://www.webs.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.webs.com</a> as it's free and pretty easy to use. You can always upgrade your package so you can get more storage, bandwidth etc

I did my website with it; <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfcshirts.webs.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfcshirts.webs.com</a>

Hate to say this, but that is a fuckin' horrible looking site. Fuck me it's poor.

Just cost us 50 grand to put this site together.lol.

Yourclublottery.com

All as we need is half a mill to promote it. Bigger lol.

God loves a tryer!

My aim in life is to help, hope its still there

I use fasthosts.co.uk for mine

They'll sort out the website URL for you and let you have multiples pointing to the same place

They have all the tools ready to download/install like Apps onto your site. You'll find Wordpress and phpBB (which Bluemoon runs on) and all the bits underneath you need like php and MySQL - costs me less than a tenner a month
