Making an offer on a house

If i was selling a house i'd want the agent to be phoning prospective buyers up, at least they're doing something pro-active.

If you really like the house and the price is right then don't piss about trying to save a few grand by haggling. Having said that, if you see one that is over your price limit make 'em an offer you can afford anyway. You don't get if you don't ask

I wouldn't believe an estate agent if he told me water was wet.

This ,most of them are clueless fucks.Don't be desperate as another will come along,I normally offer 20k below the asking price.
