I have been before but does anyone have any recommendations for Malaga holidays? There are no plans with the exception of Malaga v Espanyol.

It’s early next month so something seasonal would be great.

Benalmadena Pueblo is worth a visit, the old village above the town. Lovely old squares, nice restaurants and bars. Seville two hours by train.
 
I went on a stag do to Malaga on the weekend we played Watford away. Loved it

It reminded me of a small version of Barcelona

Stayed in an Aparthotel on the edge of the old town, just 10 min walk from the centre of everything. Loads of bars, pubs and clubs.

The port is fantastic with smart bars and restaurants. Great beach with nice beach bars and restaurants

Worth a trip up to the castle which looks over the city

Watched the match in an Irish bar so there’s that option too if that’s your thing

Dead cheap as well compared to other major cities and added bonus it’s within a stones throw of the airport
